We appreciate your support of our programs at Andover School of Montessori!

One of our founding families, Mary and Bill Peck, have generously donated $100,000 to create the ASM Founders’ Fund for Teaching Excellence! The goal is to raise $1.5 million in 5 years.

The purpose of this endowment fund is to:

Recruit and retain exceptional teachers and teacher leaders;
Provide quality Montessori certification training with the goal of a 100% Montessori certified faculty;
Supplement teacher salaries and benefits with the goal of bringing them to a perpetually competitive level;
Recognize outstanding teaching performance; and
Fund materials and/or expenses for one-time teaching projects to enhance our exemplary Montessori curriculum.
